So I'm about to head to Wallgreens and get a poster made up of the meme that has a Michigan helmet with the caption "Big Brother", Michigan State helmet with the caption "little brother" and then underneath the Ohio State helmet with the caption that reads "Daddy"

1) I didn't create the meme, do you think it is fair game for me to use this? And
