During the PSU game, it was noticeable that the vertical mid-to-long-range routes were open. I've noticed this watching other OSU games as well.

It seems most routes are horizontal or crossing. I get that we don't have a deep threat like Devin Smith out there to stretch the field vertically, but...anybody notice that the TE Seam route is an untapped source for great chunk yardage?
