Let's talk about the logic on this from Meyer -
Why even come out today and make a statement at all. Why say you have an idea on what the decision is but you're not ready to say it yet? Why do all that, and then nothing has really changed at all from last week, or from week 1 for that matter?
Completely uninspiring statement by him, for players and fans.
Why does he keep saying JT hasn't beat him out yet, but it's close?
Is that supposed to motivate Jones & Barrett?
I hate wishy washy statements and this just feels like a load of coach speak to the media. What is the deal with this and why can't there be a definitive statement?
My answer = Coach is torn on this one. Discussed it some in the 12w a couple weeks ago and today only confirmed my thoughts more.
