I knew this was coming after the way the Buckeyes played yesterday. I said before the game that 34 points was way too much and that NIU was going  to be tougher than people were expecting. Yes, the Buckeyes played poorly, I am NOT disputing that. The coaching was bad, the execution was bad, QB play was bad, BUT we won. Arkansas and Maryland lost to their MAC competition. That is my whole point: there is NO RESPECT for the MAC and they are really pretty darn good at the top. And to add credence to my point, Toledo beat Iowa State yesterday(30-23), yet another team from a Power 5 conference(Big 12). 

The Buckeyes played poorly on offense yesterday, but Northern Illinois is a damn good team, especially on D. That is my opinion.
