So Im in town for the game this weekend and took this morning as an opportunity to return to the old stomping grounds and walk around campus. I went through Buckeye Grove and made some observations. First, its awesome still. Yet, there are some questions/concerns I have. Both Chic and Archie's trees are very small compared to what I thought they'd look like and especially compared to some of the other trees there. Is this a case of the original trees dying or are the trees just tiny versions? Next, there are some plaques that are either missing, cracked, or bent in half (one in the 1970's is sandwiched over itself). Is this recent or something that has been the case for a while? Finally, is there anyway I can contact people in charge of it or contribute in some way to fixing the above issues with the plaques? Just feel that place should be polished every Friday by OSU.
