So most agree Blacksburg was goosebump worthy in the beginning and the multiple big plays from OSU quieted them up. It got me wondering about this years OSU's home games. Because of the #1 hype and the army of playmakers on both sides of the ball, does anybody think the energy will be any different this year?

in the past when I used to go to all the home games, it seemed only fired up when playing ttun or other random big games or OOC opponents. But not so much for the lesser teams. Some of that is probably due to OSU struggling to get points at times (tressel era). If OSU takes everybody to the wood shed from hear on out, would the energy level or crowd noise stay near constant?
