I think Cardale goes mid to late first round, whether or not he wins the starting job. There will be plenty of tape on him, from the last years 3 games, and then all the mop up time and special packages for him this year.
Also, there's no way he doesn't go 1st round when you look at all these recent first rounders. He's a lot better pro prospect than:
Ryan Tannehil, Brandon Weeden, EJ Manuel, Teddy Bridgewater, Blake Bortles and Johnny Football.
