As your starting quarterback? It's got to be Cardale Jones just for the simple fact that he can put the ball in the deep section of the field at any point. JT is fantastic and an impassioned leader, but he doesn't have that deep-ball touch like Jones has, and same with Braxton who has a ton of arm strength (as long as he is healthy), but doesn't have the placement that Cardale has. Cardale's ability to run (while not as fast/shifty as the other two) means that teams have to consider keeping a safety in the box on passing plays if Cardale takes off because, let's face it, he's too damn hard to tackle one-on-one if he gets into the second level vs. linebackers.
Cardale would have to get my vote as a WR.
