Many have said the coaching job done by the staff last year regarding the QB positions was fantastic (and rightfully so). But my questions is this to my fellow Dubbers. What coaching job is more difficult:

Coaching and preparing 3 quarterbacks and winning a Championship?

or

Having 3 really good quarterbacks and having to make the right decision as to the starter?

As coach you are going to have to ensure the entire team is behind whoever is the starter and you don't have different "camps" inside the locker room. Especially because whoever you select will be held to an unreal expectation. For instance, the first interception that is thrown by the starter will instantly have OSU fans yelling for the backup.
