Was over at the enemy camp observing and there is a thread in which the team mom, Gwendolyn Bush, who was hired to make sure her son transferred to Michigan(just going to say it like it is) posted a pic on her Twitter account of today's spring practice. Now aside from the fact that she misidentified two different players in the photo(Mgoblog pointed out the mistake and then brushed it off in their love of "Mama G"-apparently Ms.Bush is not up to speed yet on her newly created position), I also noticed that the players were in full uniform, including some pads(I couldn't tell if everyone had shoulder pads on).

Is this normal for the first day of spring practice? Full dress, including pads,helmets, etc.?
