Zeke's 2014 stats:
1800+ yds
18 TD's
Last 4 games:
700 yds
8 TD's
His last 3 games were roughly 1/3 of his year's total stats.
The fact that Cardale stretched the field with his arm, and there were less read option runs allowed Zeke to be more prolific. The offense was better with Zeke running the ball the way he did those last 3 games, when we adapted to running our offense with a different style running game.
I don't know what will happen next year, but I hope that we continue to brutally run the ball down other teams throats the way we did and then punish them with the long ball/play action when they stack the box. I truly believe our offense was much harder to defend with Cardale and Zeke.
