My nephew is 18 years old and is a freshman in college, at Oregon.  He walked on to the band I has been marching this season.  He's on cymbals and got to march in the Tournament of Roses Parade.  It was also quite fun to see him during the half-time show as they did a close up of the drum line on national TV.  Anyway, I haven't given him too much hell about the game yet, but tonight he sent me a message and said, "Ready for this game?"  I reply YESSIR!!!!!!  He then sends me a picture of his field credentials and the shirt/jersey the band will be wearing.  Mind you, I'm a 33 year old grown assed man, and he is a kid excited as all get out about Monday night.  I reply back to him, that's awesome man, 2nd place in your freshman season has to feel pretty awesome!!!!!!
