While rewatching the Sugar Bowl it occurred to me that the play call for Ohio States 1st and Goal after Devons long catch was a jump pass. I haven't yet gone back to look at the formations for some of Florida's jump pass plays, but I noticed that Spencer is lined up alone to the right and he comes back towards the middle and then our best blocker inexplicably sheds his block and starts looking back for the ball. Who knows? Maybe it was just a qb keeper, but what did you guys see?
