We all know that Urban likes to kickoff to the left corner to give his speedsters a chance to make a tackle inside the 20.
Minnesota threw a lateral, and if the player would have been a little wider, he would have had a clear road to the endzone.
I thought that was a brilliant call by Jerry Kill. I liked it so much that I would love to see our special teams use it against Alabama if the opportunity presents itself. I think it would give our return game another dimension for coordinators to think about.
Just for fun, what interesting ideas would you all like to see implemented in the play calling?
