So after the Wisconsin game and after the commitment by Weber today, I got to thinking about our current beast in the backfield, Eze. I think he has been a terrific back this year (the offense we run certainly helps that) and I wanted to compare his sophomore stats to the sophomore stats of other great RB's we have had. I feel like maybe he doesn't get enough love...

(Sophomore year stats)

Elliot: 217 carries, 1,402 yards, 6.5 average per carry, 12 TDs

Wells: 274 carries, 1,609 yards, 5.9 average per carry, 15 TDs

Griffin: 247 carries, 1,577 yards, 6.4 average per carry, 7 TDs

George: 42 carries, 223 yards, 5.3 average per carry, 3 TDs

Hyde: 106 carries, 566 yards, 5.3 average per carry, 6 TDs

I am a full believer that a RB is only as good as his O-line, but Eze has put up some crazy good numbers this year as a true sophomore. Very excited to see what he can do against Bama, as well as next year. Am I forgetting anyone else that should def be on here?
