This guy has developed all three of our quarterbacks into absolute studs, without him we would not be in the playoffs. Most of us at the beginning of the season were mad at his play calling, but he has really opened up the playbook and is not holding our guys back anymore. We are fourth in the nation in scoring with 45 points a game and most of that is due to Herman. He's going to really have to open up the playbook and keep it open the whole game against Alabama and hopefully can continue to develop Cardale over the next 3 weeks. Ohio State will most likely be looking for a new OC come offseason
