Its amazing what Bill Snyder had done at Kansas State. Watching them against WVU tonight, they are probably the most fundamentally sound team out there. You don't see any missed tackles and they all swarm to the ball. What is really amazing is that Snyder has been able to do this at Kansas State. That place is in the middle of nowhere. Manhattan is a small college town, but there is nothing within an hour nearby. Its also amazing how quickly he was able to turn the program back around. When he retired the first time Ron Prince replaced him and ran the program straight into the ground. After that dumpster fire, the university convinced Snyder to come back and right the ship which he has done. Snyder will never leave KSU to coach anywhere else but these teams with vacancies need to look at hiring one of his assistants. Snyder does more with less than any other coach in the country. He never has big name recruits and his recruiting classes are not made up of 4 and 5 stars. They just play fundametnaly sound football. I think they have a good chance against Baylor at the end of the year which could help us.
