Since it's a bye week and there is really no games that are going to suck you in right now, it got me thinking about why the B10 is struggling. I got to looking at the recent recruiting of b10 teams and found this

I used Rivals for consistency. No school outside of OSU and Michigan have been in the top 10 when it comes to class rankings since 2010. The closest was Penn State at 12 in 2010. I'm not sure what the rest of the league can do in order to boost recruiting, I know schools like Indiana, Purdue and Illinois are struggling to keep top talent in state.
