Ohio State - 5th ranked team in the country came THISCLOSE to being upset by lowly Navy. They didn't score on every possession nor did they hold Navy to negative yardage. They're not a top 15 team, let alone a top 5 team.  A team like Ole Miss or Baylor ought to be ranked ahead of them.
