Not sure if you looked at this yet but here's a list of alumni bars

I'm curious to know as well, I might be taking a job in Sacramento yuck.  I'll miss my Happy Endings spot if I have to move up north =(

Bayareabuckeyes stated that all the bars listed are open at 9am and include:

Pedros Cantina in SF

The Old Pro in Palo Alto

The Outpost Bar in San Ramon

and The Flat Iron in San Rafael.

It's been a few years since I lived in San Rafael, but the Flatiron was open for all the Buckeye games when I lived there. There's another bar in San Rafael called the Mayflower that maybe open then. They are more of a soccer bar but could be open for a game and they'll turn on the Buckeyes for you. Pedros  in the is the biggest and has the most people in the Bay. Where exactly are you Leezy?

Live in St. Helena, but it looks like I will be going to Pedro's for the game.

The Flatiron is a great little place, but I mainly went there because it was about three blocks from my house. Pedro's is a huge place right across from Giant's stadium. Usually they get so full that Buckeyes take up the bar it's connected to too.

I've been here for a few games.  Not a 'sports bar' but great food and large beer selection.  Best Bloody I've had too.
