I just heard about it on the radio and it seems like an interesting event... and I didn't see any mention of it on here yet.
Former Ohio State players will playing a flag football game in Granville to raise money for melanoma research. The event is happening on July 31st (next Thursday) and gates open at 6pm.
It is being put on by a company called sKeven which sells t-shirts to benefit skin cancer research.
It looks like a few players from the 2002 National Championship team will be playing... Maurice Clarett, Tyler Everett, Mike Doss, Scottie McMullen, Matt Wilhelm, Cie Grant and Beanie Wells are all listed to be playing.
You can actually partcipate in the game yourself for $500 or you can just buy tickets to watch for $10 a peice.
It also states that there will be a silent auction and local dermatologists on site to offer free skin exams.
Seems like a fun event for a good cause!!
