So, I had seen the highlights of Beverly's 70 point game last year but I found the actual game video. Good Lord...this kid shoots lights out. The first half he scores 21 and the announcers (a couple of enthusiastic dudes for sure) are over joyed. Then Braxton scores 49 more in the second half. 

He handles the ball well and passes too. His defense is Craft-like.

Other than his height - not sure what scouts don't like about his game. Just can't imagine him not becoming a fan favorite. I believe their team won the HS NC last year as well.

Funderburke is in this as well and does some nice things but looks to be no better than the 4th or 5th best player on the court most of the time. 

Maybe Matta has a little magic left before the curtain closes after all.
