The atmosphere at The Schott is flat out pathetic. This was one of the biggest home games of the year and the place was a morgue! Why were there only 14.5k in attendance tonight? This was one of the worst turnouts of the year for one of the biggest games. 

The students do their part but the rest of the non student fans aren't into the game at all! The team played great tonight and the non student fans didn't get on their feet once all night!

People will try to say "Oh it's the arena, they need to move back to St. John" but the fact of the matter is the fans make the arena. The fans that attend Ohio State basketball games right now are flat out embarrassing. The program and team deserves so much better of a home atmosphere. 

If you go to a game don't be afraid to get on your feet and bring some energy. You might start a trend.
