PHONE'S RINGING -- IT'S URBAN ON THE LINE
Is this better than Byers' shoeless run?
"I'm sick of following my dreams. I'm just going to ask them where they're goin', and hook up with them later." ~ Mitch Hedberg
Can never forget that one. Actually wearing the 41 jersey as i type
I think that Keith had a better TD in that ILLI game when he leaped over few defenders and scored. He single handedly won that game.
Release the hound.
TTUN fans would rather talk tOSU failures in the past ten years than their own successes. Probably because they haven't had a lot of success.
Deserves to be in the all-time highlight reel
I wish we had every play ever on video to see. So we could see what Harley & Cassidy and 50 guys I never heard of and 50 I have did. But, a beautiful effort. Hyde is a beast.
THE best run in Ohio State history
That was quite a run! Think this Michigan fan agrees:
That guy behind her is even better...
ooh good looking
There are some serious weirdos up there in Ann Arbor...
“I have yet to be in a game where luck was involved. Well-prepared players make plays. I have yet to be in a game where the most prepared team didn't win.” -Urban Meyer-
Ann Arbor also has STD's in her..
"GIMMIE THAT BEAT FOOL!!! IT'S A FULL TIME JACK MOVE" Ice Cube jack for beats..
That girl has to be a relative of Vodka Sam.
OMG I'm dying over here!! lol
Is all Ann Arbor on molly?
"Get him a body bag, Yeah!"
great block by philly
Yep heads up play by #10. Without that block Hyde doesn't get in.
I wasn't born a Buckeye but I became one as fast as I could.
That's one of the best parts of that play!
Anybody else hear Hyde talk about that block on the radio? He said when he saw Philly lay that block he had to get in, and how much he loves being out there with his brothers.
Actually two great blocks. The first one sprung Hyde towards the end zone. Philly had a bounce in his step satisfied that Hyde hit the hole he sprung then he notices Hyde stagger behind him and with an instinctive flip of the switch cuts up field towards the end zone and lays out the Iowa defender clearing a path for Hyde to Dive into the end zone. Philly Brown and Carlos Hyde. Wow! amazing play by both men.
There are winners and there are losers, and then there are "THE OHIO STATE UNIVERSITY"
You are spot on. Great play by both !
I'm not saying, I'm just saying.
By this time I was sick of hearing from the WWL about Iowa's legendary red zone defense. Enough already!
man, that run almost tops the beanie wells hurdle run, that was sick!!!
lets go bucks!!
Only #10 on the SC Top 10....
To be fair, there were a lot of good plays today.
The best part of that play was that Philly started bouncing up and down because he thought Hyde had shed the tackle and was home free for the end zone--but then when he realized what had happened, he was like "Oh hell, I still have to block here!" and got out there and did what needed to be done.
The most "loud mouth, disrespect" poster on 11W.
How awesome was that!
Carlos Hyde summed up in one GIF.
"There's nothing in the desert and No man needs nothing."
what amazes me about this is not so much that he stayed on his feet, but the fact he actually bounced back close to 5 yards and still managed to beat everyone to the endzone
Battles are sometimes won by generals; wars are nearly always won by sergeants and privates. Football is no different, the guys down in the trenches win the games, not the coach.
I knew from the first quarter Hyde was feeling man-ish.
Hyde wakes up in the morning mannish.
When he's have a tea party with Braxtons kid, he does it mannish.
That combined with previous play by Braxton is the most amazing set of back to back runs I can remember.
Give credit to Philly Brown here.... If it wasn't for his block knocking the Iowa LB to the ground the path for hide to dive in isn't open!!!
Philly advanced his future NFL value a bit with that block. Awesome.
Actually, it's worth noting all three WR's made good blocks on that play.
