PHONE'S RINGING -- IT'S URBAN ON THE LINE
2. Florida State
4. Ohio State
10. Texas Tech
9 is far too high for Clemson, otherwise, reasonable.
Didn't see FSU opening at #2, but I can't argue it after last night. They have the "best win" to the computers, so I guess that propelled them ahead of Oregon. I still think Oregon is probably the better team.
Actually pretty happy with this...
Anyone that ever tries to argue against the SEC bias, I give you: Texas A&M at 16th and South Carolina at 21st, while Wisconsin is UNRANKED. Total garbage!
We can't stop here; this is bat country...
Which part of this is garbage? The human part or the computer part?
While Ohio State's players hurdled the brick walls of Michigan Stadium in their throwback uniforms to celebrate with Buckeye fans, Michigan tailback Michael Shaw sobbed uncontrollably while walking off the field. - Grand Rapid Press (21-10 OSU)<
The CPU rankings are manipulated by the human element.
The BCS is and always was a scam.
Yet another conspiracy theorist.
I have no problem with these. If 2 of Oregon, FSU and Bama win out then we wont be in and deservedly so but if only one or none of them do then we're in. No chance Mizzou or the "U" passes us (not that it matters since neither will win out).
If Mizzou wins out, they will have beaten FL, GA, USCe, Tamu, and (presumedly) Bama - and would be the SEC champion. I find it highly doubtful they would get left out.
Make their asses quit! - Nick Saban
Good point but regardless they would still need Oregon or FSU to lose to get in. Can't see them jumping either. It's a dumb argument anyways though since it's extremely unlikely to happen.
Go UCLA and Florida. Is that what this seasons coming too?
Just noticed in the computer rankings JS has Northern Illinois ahead of Ohio State. Who made these things?
Which one? They use six, throw out the high and low.
Jeff Sagarin. He also has Oregon state, a team that LOSS to a FCS team, ahead of ohio state. His poll should be immediately dropped from the BCS.
