I think Boise State is primed to be back towards the top of the ranks of CFB. Chris Peterson has shown what he can do when he has a QB that is familiar with his system. Not to mention they play, essentially, a D-1AA schedule. So I wouldn't be shocked to see them win 11 games again this year.
UCLA is a team I think is really interesting. Jim Mora is finding his stride as a recruiter as well as a coach. I felt like they would be slightly better than they were last year, but they still had one of the better years in the programs recent history. USC is down (because Kiffin is a tool), Stanford, at least to me is slightly overrated, Oregon will be tough, but they're breaking in a new head coach, and on top of it all, Mora brought in a pretty good class of recruits.
North Carolina is an interesting team to me as well. It seems like they've sort of been on the cusp of something big for a couple of years. They always seem to be turning out NFL caliber players, so I keep them on my list for now of teams to watch.
