This is a very admirable trait to have. I coached middle school and high for the past 4 years and it was tough sometimes for me to answer calls and find time to spend with my wife. I can't imagine the time demand Urban and the staff have on their hands. This is also appealing to recruits who are looking for a family environment.

You know that's probably a lesson we can all learn. If Urban can answer the phone when his family calls, then we probably all can.

Agreed, luckily I'm my own boss and can do so.....for the most part its not us that's the problem....it's problematic bosses. I follow the three call rule. After the first call I can see Ive missed your call and will get back shortly, a second call back right away might mean you weren't sure if you were getting through....a third call in a row is an emergency and I must answer the call.

I think this further validates my belief that those who say Urban is going to bail on OSU after a few years are idiots. He's home where he wants to be and I think he'll be here for at least 10 years. This is his dream job and those who think Urban is going to flee are dead wrong. I'm not worried about it one bit, but I guess that's how opposing fans (especially SCUM and Florida fans) can sleep at night.

I rarely get phone calls from anyone under 30. Plenty of text messages, though. If I do get a phone call, I answer it immediately because it must be very important.

This is very true, BUCKZ4EVR. My folks live 6 states away and we haven't spoken on the phone in 3+ years. Text, e-mail, Twitter, Facebook, etc etc etc dominate our relationships these days, sadly(?). Cool to see Urbz kids just call............and he answers.

Great to see Urban holding up his end of the bargain. This will help keep him balanced. Nailed the first 2 Cajun, but remember, no Country, no Buckeyes.
