The new numbers of our five early enrollees are:
- Tracy Sprinkle - 93
- Tyquan Lewis - 59
- Eli Apple - 13
- J.T. Barrett - 16
- Cam Burrows - 16
Additionally, Adam Griffin changed to #11, as well as Devn Smith to #9. Also, Evan Spencer is now #6.
*Edit: I'm not sure if they were listed before, but William Houston is now #32 and Purdue transfer Devin Hill is #46.
*Edit Again!: EzE will be #15 per twitter, Dontre's twitter says #1 (but we know Urban won't give that lightly). Marcus Baugh's twitter says #85, and we could easily see Billy Price as #54 (but maybe Urban will now hold anyone wearing that number to a higher standard as well!)

I don't know if these numbers will stick, seeing 9 available on defense and Apple was 9 in high school, and Perkins and Wood have the same defensive numbers. Then I remember reading that Jordan Hall was switching to #2 this year. Maybe its a go out and earn it thing. Which reminds me, why was the team not allowed to wear visors last year?
Yeah..I found it funny that Burrows wanted #6 on defense and it is still available but he didn't get it...same thing with Apple and #9
I think Perkins will go back to #25 now that Wood is trying to comeback. Hall and Smith seems to be sticking with their numbers from last year
I know Wilson wore #14 a lot in high school so he might get that on when he gets here...wonder what # marshall gets..would love to see him get #1..but I doubt that is given out

I feel like Wilson should get #1. No particular reason other than it just seems like he should wear number 1.
Who knows if anyone will wear #1 on offense and I'd be surprised if someone did and it was a freshman. Remember last year when Roby had to prove long and hard to Urban that he deserved #1? I don't see a freshman getting that number unless they have a john simon-esque work ethic.

I admit, I have mixed feelings about someone wearing #54 this year. That being said, I hope Mr. Price has awesome John Simon mojo along with his number.
Story time, at Marketplace on 10th on Friday waiting on my order and the girl started to laugh. Naturally I moved closer assuming she had a funny name. She giggled as she announced Mr. Sprinkle. Boy the look on her face when Tracy stepped forward to claim his pizza, priceless
