Last year's seniors get one more shot to work out in front of a large group of pro scouts. I think today is especially big for Johnathan Hankins, as he has a chance to put no doubt in the minds of teams that he is a first round pick. I think he will do so. Also, John Simon (if he can work out), Reid Fragel, Jake Stoneburner, Zach Boren, Travis Howard and Nathan Williams all have a shot to boost their draft stock.
One interesting thing to note is that former OSU QB Troy Smith, currently working in the athletic department, is going to be working out today as well, and looks to be giving it one last go to try and get back into the league. Thought you'd all find that tidbit interesting.
Good luck to everyone working out today. Make that money!

Good Luck Bucks!!! Make a name for yourselves!
Today is huge for Howard, as well, since he didn't a combine invite but is still a draftable player. Especially with the propensity teams have of running out of nickel and dime formations.
I hope all of our guys have a good showing today. I'm particularly rooting for Simon and Williams. Not really sure why, but they're 2 of my favorites from last year's team. I think Williams is very underrated as a rush end. I think he would fit well in a 3-4 where he can rush and drop back.
Simon not working out
Good for Troy! I miss watching that dude play.. Best of luck to him and the rest of the guys at their pro day today as well
that sucks about Simon. I really believe he is going to be a late round steal that turns into a good product of the nfl

I just wish the damn steelers quit drafting our players!!!
I don't - they're only team in our region who tries to keep our guys around that we can see on a regular basis (if you don't have Sunday ticket/equivalent). Why don't the Browns & Bengals take more of our guys? I mean I would've taken Troy over Colt McCoy & Brandon Weeden - he was a back up in Pittsburgh & Baltimore at one point & I think he's better than guys like John Skelton, Mark Sanchez, Matt Cassel, Blaine Gabbert, & the like - and at least a more than servicable backup.

Good luck to Troy, and very interesting. I know I'm a bit biased, but looking at some of the 2nd and 3rd string QBs on rosters in the NFL, I'm really lost on how he is not in uniform.
For telling the coach off on the side lines. when Ted Ginn had to back him off Coach Singletary
There may be some truth to this, but that head coach sucked at his X's and O's and is no longer in the league. That same coached mooned his team in the locker room to try to motivate them.
He's a Buckeye, so I'm siding with Troy on this one for whatever it's worth.
Troy Smith isn't in the NFL either, so you're argument holds no water
I was more talking about Singletary and voicing my support for Troy. There wasn't any argument presented, so no water to be held.
Is Simon in danger of not being drafted at all? Couldn't work out for senior bowl, combine, or senior day?
If Cleveland lets him fall past the 5th round, I'll be pretty upset. I think he has a future as an outside backer in a 3-4.
Dustin Fox was our leading tackler as a corner.... because his guy always caught the ball.
simon is going to be a steal... worse comes to worse one has to think meyer will find him a spot on the coaching staff
mark may wins douchebag of the year... again
Simon may get a private work-out by teams, when healthy enough.Happens all the time.If not, believe he may slip a bit,but someone will get a steal with him anyway.Good luck to Troy as well.Hope he makes it back into the league!!
SCOTTC.
Good luck to those SRs...mark my words Buckeye fans...Simon goes to NE in the late 2nd round or 3rd round. Bank it!

I know the walk ons don't usually get much credit or recognition, but also working out today is my coworker Kharim Stephens. Good luck to everyone participating
I hope they all do well!!good luck Bucks!
Good luck to Troy Smith. He will always be one of my favorite Buckeye QB's. He was in the running for the starting job against Flacco and got sick. That seems like an eternity ago. Will someone take a chance on him as a backup? We will soon find out.
Bishop & Rothman reported he threw really well today. Would love to see Troy as a Browns backup. Kid is a winner.
Has to be better than Thaddeus Lewis, right?
Too bad about John, Heard he was about to break the bench press record at the pro day too. My friend on the team said during a team workout, they all watched him rep 225 49 times, he said the record was 44
I'd pay money to watch the guy work out.
Didn't Mike Kudla do 51?
Johnny is going to have his own pro day at OSU once he becomes healthy.
simon is a beast
