EZE was my favorite video/announcement. The raw emotion, and his parents as well, you could tell it was a huge step in his life, and the love in that family is evident. This kid is going to be special, man.
Raw is a good word for it. Very emotional, both from Ezekiel and his mom (probably dad too, just couldn't see him). I'm sure it ripped his heart out to disappoint the Missouri fans, just like it would have crushed him to leave the relationships he has built with Buckeye coaches, players, and fans to a much lesser extent.
Just terrible that someone would harass him, insult him, or question his heart. Any person that does that did not watch that video.
Eze is the man. Love this recruit. Seems like a great kid, with great parents. Welcome to the Buckeye family.

great video...previously i wanted EZE in the class for his talents, now im pumped because he truly seems like a great genuine kid. clearly this was a difficult decision for him. although i was disappointed last year with diggs and this year with quick, watching EZE here really made me appreciate the difficultly these young men face in making their decision when they have such close ties to home. unbelievable. i cant wait to cheer him on in the shoe!
I know it's creepy for a grown man to stalk these kids via twitter, so I don't ... but uh ... it's like not creepy at all to like follow his mom is it? Yowza. LOL Kidding!

Zeke felt the pressure of trying to please his parents and friends. I can understand that Zeke probably wanted to be on his own a make his dreams come true. The video really pulls at the heart strings.

Man, if only his mom could have gotten hold of his LOI and headed for state lines...
Elliott seems like a good kid. Seems to have really worked hard to go from somewhat under the radar to a high 4 star by all/most accounts. The emotion is what football is about. If you haven't watched BTN's The Journey or if you missed the ESPN All-Access shows, I highly recommend it. Some of those stories just make you well up with pride for these kids who are so often immortalized and put on [sometimes unfair] pedestals.
Those who stay will be CHAMPIONS!
