BammBamm is my dog, Riley is my 4 yr old daughter, and THE Ohio state Buckeyes complete the three most sacred loves I cherish
UM fans started rumors about Laquon Treadwell's dad/uncle getting a job at OkSU, when he started to like them late last year. These things will happen
Lol, I was especially fond of us being called an enemy of Tennessee. When did this happen? What rock have I been under?
UT fans are idiots
Stay golden, Ponyboy.
The comment that said he signed with Ohio State (our enemey) cracked me up. When have Ohio State and UT every really be adversaries? In time as an Ohio State fan, they've only played 1 time!
The only reason they could possibly have to be mad at OSU about is the 2007 Sweet 16 game.

The most glorious thing about this game ^, was that OSU was down 17 points @ halftime to the Vols and came back and won it by one point.
Although UT did kind of get OSU back in the 2010 Sweet Sixteen matchup (AKA Evan Turner's final game as a Buckeye).
The other thing that cracks me up is how much the bash Dooley. What the hell do you expect when you hire DUKE'S FOOTBALL COACH
Dooley was actually the coach @ Louisiana Tech when UT hired him, but your point is still valid.
Not that I'm defending UT fans, cause honestly, I'm surrounded by them on a daily basis, but Dooley really did completely screw over UT when it came to recruiting the state of Tennessee. By most accounts he hardly even tried to build relationships with coaches, burned lots of bridges with many top HS coaches along the way, neglected to recruit certain areas of the state, and did not even keep in contact with committed kids. He took an approach that was like"If they live in Tennessee and grew up a fan of UT, they'll come to Tennessee."
I agree, Dooley really did screw the fans and the university here in Knoxville, and he is largely to blame for Bell's decision to come to OSU. Don't get me wrong, I'm glad he's a Buckeye, but there really is no reason why he shouldn't have ended up at UT. Urban deserves plenty of credit, but if Dooley had been a semi-competent recruiter, Bell would have been a Vol months ago. Just shows everyone that Dooley never showed this kid much love, if any.
This one really stung the fans here in Knoxville, and I'm certainly not complaining.
"Without winners, there wouldn't even be any god-d*mned civilization."
A UT fan was telling me yesterday that Dooley was on one of the networks as commentator yesterday and he said something along the lines of, in the final 48 hours leading up to signing day, there is nothing a coach can do to sway recruits. Essentially, their minds are made up.
I'd say Wilson, Clark, and Bell prove otherwise, but that's why Urban is the recruiter he is and Dooley was the recruiter he was.
Maybe Clark was decided in the last 48 hours but Wilson definitely was not and Vonn Bell wasn't swayed in the final 48, listening to Urban, that was a total staff effort spearheaded by Everett Withers for months. I think you recruit to the end, but Urban didn't win those guys over in 48 hours, he and the staff did it over this entire year.
I guess I was mistaken, maybe they interviewed Duke's coach or something. I remember when they were in their search thinking how far they had fallen if they were interviewing guys from Duke. ANYWAY, yeah the guy was a toolbag.
The Tennessee/Duke connection is reversed from what you think. Duke hired David Cutcliffe (UT OC) as their HC.

i work with a ut fan, a really nice guy. he is so glad dooley is gone, he wishes bell good luck at TOSU.
During recruiting season, I lurked on several fan bases' forums -- Michigan, Notre Dame, Texas, Tennessee -- and the Tennessee fans were easily the most out there. They were just throwing around crazy rumors and then repeating them as if they had been proved, and then, when those rumors turned out to be wrong, instead of acknowledging that, they still clung to them. For instance, in the morning they said that word had leaked that Vonn was committing to Tennessee and that Urban had been the one to leak the information because he was upset and wanted to spoil Vonn's surprise. When Vonn committed to OSU, they claimed that he must have changed his mind at the last minute (without admitting that their nonsense about Urban the leaker was nonsense). Truly bizarre.
All the more reason to resist being "that guy" with Ole Miss and accusing them of various crimes against humanity with their class.
Yeah and you know they had a very good class, but at the end of the day they had more 3 star then 4 and 5 star recruits combined. Yeah, at the top end it was a terrific class, but it could of just been a fluke .
I will play them a sad song about Vonn Bell on my fiddle.
This is the SEC'S worst nightmare come true..A former SEC coach, who is no longer an SEC coach, who can recruit talent from anywhere and is now recruiting talent that normally would have gone to the SEC......Cry me a river of Orange tears Vols fans!
Battles are sometimes won by generals; wars are nearly always won by sergeants and privates. Football is no different, the guys down in the trenches win the games, not the coach.
Lolwut.
ORRRRRRRRRRRRRRR (Hear me out) Urban Meyer is a better recruiter, Ohio State is now and always has been a better program, the Shoe is better than Rocky Top, Scarlet and Grey beats Mac n' Cheese, and players would rather play for the Big Ten super power than an SEC doormat.
Or maybe I'm wrong. It is a lot easier to accuse foul play than accept mediocrity.
4-6 seconds from point A to point B and when you get to point B, be pissed off
But they're in the SEC and being there means that they are inherently great. You say Tennessee is mediocre, I say the SEC is fantastic!
If they act like this now, just imagine how bad it will be when Jalen Hurd chooses Ohio State.
"YOLO" = I'm about to do something extremely ignorant/stupid & I need an excuse to do it.
Gotta think Butch Jones will have him as his number one priority.
Jalen Hurd will probably be Butch Jones' top target, so it'll be interesting to see if he can tear him away from OSU/Alabama/Florida. UT doesn't exactly have a lot of talent lining up at tailback right now (and they struck out on all of their top RB targets this year), so they can certainly sell playing time.
"Without winners, there wouldn't even be any god-d*mned civilization."
LOL - "With his character 'flaws,' he does not deserve UT....enough said...."
SMH - those UT fans really are out there on this one. Please let's not ever sound like that on here!
Went to Tennesse.
Went to the NFL.
Killed someone.
Character Flaws?
4-6 seconds from point A to point B and when you get to point B, be pissed off
Let's not forget about Jamal Lews and his 5 kilos of coke!
Yes, the Fulmer Cup was invented because, Fulmer only allowed players of the highest character to suit up in Knoxville.
