Any chance of a follow-up appearance by Meg? An interview? A feature story on how things have worked out at Stanford?

There has been insufficient Meg coverage since last year's National Signing Day.

That was hilarious last year to me, some people took offense but i really got a kick out of all the Meg talk.

I felt like a giant stalker looking that up. For the record, I was kind of annoyed with the people complaining about how much time her coach took when talking about her. But the jokes afterwards were pretty funny.

Ha, it's funny- I actually think of her as part of the Ohio State family just because of that press conference. If I ever happen to see a woman's lacrosse game (for reasons I can't fathom at this time) with Stanford, I'll be rooting for Meg.

Tyler Decker was, at the time, a Notre Dame recruit. He was a possible flip to the Bucks. We all knew we desperately needed linemen (nobody knew Fragel would work out like he did), so we tuned in to his high school's live online press conference to watch Tyler choose.....

and then spent about thirty minutes listening to the Lacross coach talk about Meg while Tyler sat there at the table. We had the longest running non-OSU commentary on this site, with the possible exception of a food discussion on one of Elika's post. Finally, Meg announced for Stanford and we got to hear Tyler make the right choice.

Meg had narrowed her college choices down to Stanford and OSU. And she picked Stanford.

One thing I did learn while watching the announcement is that one of OSU's women's lacrosse assitant coaches is Bill Belichick's daughter, who had recruited Meg.
