This is what currently frustrtates me about the BIG. I don't know if there is another team (outside of these 3) that I can look at their recruiting class and say they will be dominant out of High School. I don't think Green will be as great this season as he could possibly in the future, and i think Fitz will be their #1 guy. I'm gonna go with Hakenberg, Breneman (B'OB's offense is set up for him), Marshall, Mitchell
maybe im biased but i think either jalin, dontre or clark walks away with this one, any good freshman PissSU and scUM produce will get embarassed in the biggest games of the year (against tOSU) the only drawback with OSU winning awards is figuriing out how to spread the wealth, it wouldnt suprise me if there was a point where jalin, dontre, clark are all in the 600-800 receiving, pepper in some rush yardson quick passes and jet sweeps as well
Completely agree. OSU might be top 10 in offense next year and yet not have any single skill player (outside of Braxton) who stands out stats wise. However as pure Freshman of the year I could see one of the receivers putting up good enough numbers to get recognition. On D I think either one of the linebackers (Mitchell/Johnson) has a chance to come in and make plays to get his name out there. I think the best chance will be on Special Teams if one of the new burners (Smith/Clark/Wilson/Marshall/Elliot/Holy Sh!t we have a lot of threats) could get a couple of big returns to get the award.
