What's the temperature in Dawg Pound nation about Haslam proposing new threads in 2014? Despite being an 'expansion' team in name only, Cleveland has some of the coolest uniforms in the NFL in my humble opinion. Not many schemes can pull of brown and orange and I think they do it well. I don't know why they'd mess with a classic-what do you Browns fans think about it?

If Haslam was a true Vol (ugliest unis and colors ever IMO) then he would be wise to leave it alone and focus on winning football games

The orange helmet is iconic, but the rest of the uniforms are retro to the point of being completely uninteresting. Would love to see them do something with them as long as they don't touch the helmet.
Having said that, I was not a fan of keeping the name/colors when the team moved, so I guess I'm not a strict traditionalist. I was crushed when the Browns left and love the current team as only a fanatic could, but still feel like the real Browns died when the team left town.
Jimmy did say the helmets would be left alone, which is what I'm happiest about. Everything else about the team could use an update.

IMHO the whole franchise needs a shakeup, maybe the uniforms are a start???

No matter how sh*tty the tour is, it's always tough to leave.
New unis won't effect on-field play and will not be graciously accespted by the fans. There was quite a shakeup IMO when they got a new owner, GM, coaching staff, offensive scheme, and defensive scheme. Leave the jerseys alone.
Time and change will surely show how firm they friendship... O-HI-O.

Did they hire Adidas or the people who redesigned the OSU logo to design them? If so, the Browns will be lucky to give away a new uniform to Helen Keller.

I like our helmets & our jerseys. I just think that the pants & socks need work. Maybe consider orange pants like the 80's with an updated stripe, atleast for when we wear the white jerseys. I like white pants with the brown jerseys though. But our socks need to incorporate more orange & brown for both home & away uniforms.

Incorporate more orange maybe? I wouldn't touch them much or at all personally outside of more orange and maybe a change to the number design.
I'm sure there's something that'll work. The Bengals changed their unis a while back and that's one thing that they've done right.
