My cousin and I are planning on going to the B1G Title game this year if OSU makes it there. He has some connections to season ticket holders, but obviously most of them will want to make the trip to Indy for the game. What's the cheapest option for finding tickets to the B1G title game? Has anyone ever used the reservation system at www.btnteamtix.com/? How does this system work? Do you bid then pay face value? Does it come out cheaper than Stubhub? Just looking for good info on how you guys purchase your tickets?

1. I appreciate the optimism!
2.I always use Stubhub. If you check back frequently there's always somebody, at some point in time, looking to dump tickets cheap. Though I've also had great luck with cash in hand outside the venue. Same idea--there's always some dude whose buddy bailed and stuck him with tickets. Be patient and you'll find this guy.
3. I don't know much about potential scarcity for the title game. I have to think the tournament nature could = many cheap seats is there's an upset in the semi. And if you're talking about football I'm certain you can find tickets cheap on Stubhub.
All good points but I think he's talking about football, could be wrong though.
"You'll be proud of our young people in the classroom, in the community, and most especially in 310 days in Ann Arbor, Michigan on the football field."
Yes... I was referring to football. The Big Ten Team Tix website supposedly allows you to bud for face value tickets for the B1G Title game in Indy.
If you go the stubhub route and you want to get a good deal, I would suggest waiting until the week of the game and you will see the ticket prices drop significantly (if there is any left which is the risk you take). If you want to ensure you will get a ticket, go on stubhub about 1 month before the game.
