Don't know if anyone else saw the gridiron outdoors with Urbs and his son fishing, but it was nice to see coach enjoying some good quality family and relaxing time. Looks like he is sticking to his promise to his family, good for him. If anyone cares it was on the outdoor channel, and they said it would showed again but i don't know when.

I think the real test for the balance in his life will come when Ohio State loses a big game. it wasn't til he lost to Saban in that SEC title game that he really started having the major issues. I know other stuff was there before hand, but to me how he reacts when he has that first set back in a big game will be telling. Of course, maybe he never has that here!
Yep I have wondered the same thing. Hopefully he can process it ok and not have it affect his health.
ehh...I don't know, he also said it was a lot to do with micromanaging every aspect of football operations and he didn't really lean on his assistants to get stuff done. Plus the obsession with being perfect which he has said he understands is not possible and is at peace with now.
I really don't think he expected to go undefeated this season at all and would have been at peace with that. In addition to all of that his wife gives a lot of great insight into the last season at Florida that are very telling. For instance she said he would go 24 hours without eating and exercising regularly...all this has changed and was a part of his agreement.

I don't know if anyone watched the show this morning but it was pretty good to see Urban just living his life and fishing. I found a good article that you might want read about how him doing the show fulfills the contract his family wrote. Enjoy.
