ATH Parris Campbell of Akron St. Vincent-St. Mary and S Erick Smith of Cleveland Glenville.
I LOVE Campbell as a prospect and he put on quite the show in front of the staff in the state title game. Really, really, really high on this kid if you couldn't tell already and I truly think he is about to blow up.
Smith is a bit of a sleeper as well in terms of the attention received thus far, but many speak very highly of him. Unlike with Campbell I haven't seen too much of him, but I would bet if he has a committable offer, he eventually ends up a Buckeye.

Hope we can get Campbell to jump on board quickly!! I agree,he will have everyone coming after him in the very near future!! He picked a good game to show his stuff, for sure!!he just seems to run away from everyone when he gets in space.
SCOTTC.
Lucky for us, he's good friends with teammate Booker, who is a large OSU lean, despite an impressive early offer sheet.
For your viewing pleasure.
Thanks for the link. This kid is insane. #juice
wa wa wee wa, very nice.
Thank you for posting. Speed, some power and balance, as evidenced by the sideline/tightrope skills. Good to be in early with an offer.
Great acceleration!!! Love to see what he does his senior year!
Nice get em both.
im really high on both these guys n think they both will be buckeyes if urb wants em.

i like him... it looks like angles dont matter with him and he broke more tackles than i expected
mark may wins douchebag of the year... again
Im confused as to why were offering a guy like Eric Smith, when we are in on some top notch DBs, but yet we havnt offered top guys in the state like Nick Richardson or Kyle Trout. They r in a position of need and fairly talented and top OL in the Midwest.
i trust Meyer but just confused as to why were not offering guys in the atate ar a position of need where we are least likely to land top OOS prospects, when were offering guys that really arnt at a position of need as much, when we so have a geeat shot at landing some top OOS DBs.

I think Trout and Rochardson should have offers too and am confused why they don't. The Smith offer could be a pipeline offer or a come to camp and we'll make it commitable offer. One of the recruiting analyst I follow had said Smith was easily one of the top junior corners in the state of Ohio.
OL, like QB, is one of the tougher positions to evaluate. It's likely that the staff wants to see more of guys, and is doing a longer review process to make sure the right guys get offers at the OL positions.
The only problem I have with that is I feel like we did that last year on some real good OL and they committed to other schools. Now I feel like were scrambling for guys on the OL
exactly what I thought.
OSU didnt even offer Evan Lisle until Bama made the offer to him. Like it makes me wonder, if Bama didnt offer, would of we eventually offered? Or would of we have offered to late in the process? I think in the end Lisle would of been a Buckeye no matter how long we waited to offer, but not all kids are willing to do that.
I just think Trout and Richardson are highly regarded on most sites that have any info on them. ESPN has Trout on the Watch List, as Im suprised Richardson isnt especially since OSU staff is high on him (heard he will most likely get an offer after 2013 NSD). Trout and Richardson are also both in the top 15 tackles in the nation per 247 composite rankings. Also both are top 20 tackles per 247. There are national recruits.
Both want to be Buckeyes, at positions of need, top ohio talent, & are national recruits according to services.
I just dont want us to sit back and watch us miss on these top OOS prospects, then turn around and be late to the party with these 2. I would love to land both of these guys with 1-2 national tackles. I think we need to be taking 3-4 OL a year. Misses and transfers could make this a thin spot like we have seen recently. Not very thin any more, but still the idea.
I do love the Campbell offer though. Watched him explode against my alma mater (Dover) in the state semis and then explode against Bellevue in the D3 title game. Kid is legit, a diamond in the rough. Until Meyer offered, lol.

Who will be the next Ohio 2014 kid offered?
I have to go with an OL here with Trout or Richardson. But im high on both and want both as buckeyes
