Saw Max Redfield is suppose to announce during the UA AA game. His finalists are ND, USC, and the Bucks. I know he hasn't been to campus but didn't he say OSU was his leader a week or two ago? is there any chance he signs with us or is he all ND?

I don't believe we have even offered it is for show.
Doesn't have an OSU offer, so I'd say he's not picking the Buckeyes. Most are assuming he's all Notre Dame.

agreed on ND...and i saw an interesting thought on another post (here or bucknuts) about this. FWIW
the thought is that although thet bucks arent really in it, kelly wants redfield to say they are so he picks ND over tOSU on the national stage. i forget who mentioned this...but apparently this happened with another recruit we were really not in it for but he still picked ND over tOSU (who was in his final top 3)

It's Muhammad who is also announcing and will pick ND over OSU. Brian Kelly is staging victories over Urban.
What I've seen on Muhammad has him choosing ND over Bama and Miami and no mention of OSU.
Muhammad didn't get into ND and will commit to Miami, just FYI
That seems silly, but I guess it could be true.
In Redfield's case, it's kind of hard to commit to a school if you don't have an offer so he's not really picking ND over OSU. Granted, not everyone who sees him commit will know he doesn't hold an OSU offer, but of the schools he has offers from, he will be picking ND over USC.
I'm suprised then without an offer why would be in his top 3? and why have we not offered a 5 star safety.
