Jon is the younger brother of former Buckeye "D" coordinator Jim Heacock. Jon followed Coach Tressel at Youngstown State and prior to that was the "D" coordinator at Indiana. Jon is a good man and will do well for Coach Hazell at Purdue. Go Bucks!
Or he's vrabel in disguise, envisioning the carnage that'll be wrought on purdues offense now.
All the games of the season are just practices for that glorious saturday in November when we get to jack Shoelace's invisible cereal bowl and drink our fill of delicious skunkweasel tears ...Michigan Still Sucks!!

Were Bollman's service not retained at Boston College? In a way, I kinda feel sorry for Bollman cause he reminds me of my ex-father-in-law by his personallity but in another way I don't like him cause he sabotaged Ohio State's chances of being much better than they were at times.
Niiiiiiice. Can't wait to see what our D-Line does to that OL!!!
No WAY!!!!
Capn, Make It So...
Is he going to coach just the OLine or is he going to call the plays like he did for Tress? ;-)
Looks like just OL coach, not OC. That is a step in the right direction, but it will be interesting to see how this experiment goes.
Now who Hazell should hire is Heacock.
Per the article in the Buckshot Jon Heacock was hired... It's got to be some kind of relation.
Nothing like dancing on the field in 02...
Awesome, I must have missed that. Well that is one good hire, but I am curious to see how Bollman does with 2-3 star players.

Someone needs to tell Hazell he's picking from the diseased part of the Tressel coaching tree.

BC's coach was shown the door following their season. My guess is that none of his staff was retained.
Correct - he has been fired from his position the last two consecutive years.
Walrusball lives on! (just not at OSU)
Maybe JT urged Hazell to hire Walrush ("I highly recommend him") to avenge Purdue Harbor.

In the B1G there must always be a walrus.
