firstrowsports.eu has links to most network TV channels, so you should be able to find an NBC stream there.

i have directv, it shows its on my local nbc station at 1 pm.

Thanks.  I thought so but the U.S. ARMY ALL-AMERICAN BOWL website had a countdown that ended at noon.  Would be nice if they got there own starting time right.

it appears that the pregame(Army) presentations started at noon. game starts at 1
