247 still has to do their final rankings, that will chake some things up in the composite. Scout is done, but I am not sure about ESPN or Rivals.
Supposedly 247 is completely reworking their rankings to have exactly 32 5 stars to represent the 32 picks in the nfl draft. Needless to say this has the folks over at Bucknuts upset. I believe the assumption is that 247 is going to rate players based on how they project to the NFL which makes no sense at this point.
