does it matter much now? I'm pretty sure any player that is worth being concerned over did have their black stripe removed. If they didn't, I don't think its in the cards for the future! just sayin.

Who knows- BUT he re-injured (from h.s.) his knee early on, had it scoped, then had to have microfracture surgery on it, all during summer camp. Not sure what happens to your stripe when you can't physically get on the field the vast majority of summer and all of the season.
His stripe is irrelevant as he is no longer part of the program
I have no personal knowledge of this but you would think that the stripes get removed once you are no longer a freshman/rookie. The player would have to be in the proverbial dog-house to go into their sophmore camp with a black stripe still on their helmet.
i think he said in the all access that he had sophomores at florida with a black stripe still
yeah i remember hearing that. something like it took a year and a half for some to get theirs taken off.
i dont think urbz is the type of guy just to let someone loose their black stripe if they havent earned it

It's a good system of checks and balances. Someone should not just lose their stripe because they move on to the next class, they should earn the removal. As stated above UFM would make them earn the removal.
