Luke Fickell stopped by Central Gwinnett high school today to check in on 2013 LB target Trey Johnson per Central Gwinnett HC Todd Wofford. Wofford said it was a "good visit".
Wofford also told me due to exams, Johnson's Florida visit will likely be pushed back to some point in January. In addition to Florida, Johnson is expected to visit USC and maybe Penn State.
I still like Johnson to be a Buckeye.

Gus Malzahn is expected to meet with him tomorrow. With Ellis Johnson hired as DC and Malzahn wanting to hire a big name OC, he might rethink decommitting.
He would have to quickly develop new relationships in order to recommit. He had a long relationship with the old staff, and has a great one with ours now. Auburn has 2 months to get their relationship on par with where it was when he committed, and even then its still a toss up. I like our chances here

That's what I thought Biggy, but I read somewhere that Malzahn wants to bring in an offensive coach, maybe to reestablish the program that it's still a bigtime school.
