I've been trying to ignore this topic since I first saw it this morning, but I figured it'd be best said here. It's one thing to be annoyed that someone oversaturates the forums with repetitive topics, and annoys the commentariat with bad English (from what I've heard, English isn't his first language). I understand the rampant downvoting from some of his comments here--they more than deserve it--but OSUFORLIFE has been systematically downvoted for providing an opinion because of his handle.

Empirically, we can see that everything isn't vanilla. You all have continued to allow me to be a huge douche, free range.
Buck-I.8: you're mixing possibly food-related metaphors in an unappetizing way, although maybe you can convince me otherwise. How do we tastefully combine vanilla (bean or extract) with free range meat/poultry? Here's a recipe for Vanilla Chicken but it looks kinda yucky.
I'd mix vanilla and chicken one of 2 ways if I had to, just based on traditional flavor mixing:
1. Mix vanilla, balsamic vinegar, and maybe some other sweeter ingredients, glaze chicken after a light brown sugar dry rub.
2. Mix vanilla extract with chillies, chili powder, cayenne pepper, etc, glaze, and serve with some fort of fruit-integration (seasoned mangoes, grated orange rind, coconut)

IIRC, he said he lives in Isreal and English is his fourth language or something, hence the grammatical mistakes. I think that people were downvoting based on a simple misunderstanding of the English language without knowing his backstory, he got pissed off, and then this happened.
Now, does he deserve to be banned after this? Well, yeah, but it looks like he's leaving anyways, so it doesn't really matter. The upvote/downvote system definitely has its good points, but things go sour when people start actually giving a damn about their karma totals.
