That was a great story. Many of the players have more character than many of the fans. I am sure that Patrick had a very good education and learned values while he attended DeSales in Columbus.
Always nice to hear that there are young men, regardless of what uniform they wear, that grasp just how lucky they are and pass it along with acts like this. Nice to see the spotlight on them as well.

The OSU-UM rivalry is a great one. At the end of the day, it's a sporting event that means little compared to making a difference in the life of a sick girl. There are plenty of good kids who where a UM uniform, doing nice things for people regardless of where they came from. This is a nice story - thanks for posting!
