Why have we not offered 5* recruit Max Redfield yet? This kid just got his fifth star on rivals and still keeps tOSU in the mix even without an offer

Because stars mean less than a coaches evaluation and the coaches must feel good about Bell if they are willing to let Redfield go.
Getting both wouldn't be bad. >.>
"YOLO" = I'm about to do something extremely ignorant/stupid & I need an excuse to do it.
That's what we said about Davonte Neal and Stefon Diggs.
It is a way to make ourselves feel better about losing top talent to another school... like somehow coaches plan/go all out for a recruit just to have them go elsewhere because they evaluated them at lower than the recruiting sites... ;)
And Diggs is killing it at Maryland
BOOOOOOM
*getting killed
But a possible recruiting class of Woodard, Burrows, Bell and Redfield? True no fly zone right there
BOOOOOOM
You could also play Redfield at WR.

Would you rather have Redfield play WR, or Quick or Gibson, assuming they come to OSU.
Can I have all 3 at WR? lol

We already have Thompson and Lee as well. Especially with lower recruiting class numbers taking 6 DBs is a lot because if we take Redfield too, it makes it likely that we won't be able to take O-Linemen and WR.
EDIT: Conley as well possibly
Agree with you. I'd love Redfield at FS, Bell at SS, Burrows and Woodard on both Corners--a true dream secondary.
I'm not as confident about Bell as most people are. I think he's Bama or UT (if Strong is hired).
I would have to agree. Thats why I wouldnt feel bad having Redfield as a back up option
BOOOOOOM
I don't think UT because he has said that feeling like family for a team is important to him and hiring a new coach won't neccesarily make him feel that way. I think Bama and OSU, and the only reason I lean OSU is because he wants early playing time and hard to get that at Bama.
I think he will probably end up at ND.
Agreed. Thought I read somewhere he is really ND to lose.
Here's Rivals analyst Mike Farrell talking about Redfield:
Great posts. We did the same thing with Derrick Green, though. I trust Urban and I'm guessing Ducks' fans feel the same about Chip Kelly... until he takes the pro job somewhere.
