He's deciding this Wednesday according to his head coach Troy Morrell. He was on campus for his official visit a couple of weekends ago.
The Buckeyes and Aggies are the favorites if they want him. He has three years to play two.

Well, intresting to see how this plays out. Mitchell, Johnson and Sanders would give us needed depth at LB.
Agreed. I'd also add that they all bring unique and impressive skill sets to the table. Mitchell - big, strong and athletic OLB; Johnson - prototypical sure-tackling, smart/sound ILB; Sanders - fast, playmaking, almost SS-like OLB.
I shared this article last night in a post for those interested or didn't see it, here is a little more info with Tommy and where he stands.
Miles, if Sanders chooses OSU will it have any impact on the decisions of Mitchell and Johnson when they announce at their all-star games?
I think Ohio State was going to get him over Texas A&M, and that was before the official visit to South Carolina.
So it could be down to Ohio State and South Carolina.
Also, if he chooses Ohio State, will not affect Mitchell, Johnson, or Worley. They'd take all in my estimation.
Ok, so let's say hypothetically all 4 become part of the class. That would make 23 with probably 2 remaining spots. So who gets in, who do they save the spots for. Bell, Quick, Gibson, Elder, and OL? Who?
My guess is 2 more WR's (Quick and Gibson preferably) and Bell if he wants in.
I will be very okay with a class consiting of Mitchell, Johnson, Sanders, Worley, and Gibson. If Bell and Quick also want in that's just icing on the cake.
see ya! next
Reports coming out that Sanders has committed to Tex AM. I think that puts them at 35 recruits. For reals.

So weird. First he "commits" to osu without an offer. Then he gets an offer. But visits south carolina first. Then commits to a school with 33 commits including 5 Linebackers.......least this pretty much seals mike mitchell to osu
