high motor, relentless, plays with a nasty streak, good leverage at the point of attack, wraps up well, and knows how to use his hands...a really, really intelligent football player that is college ready right now....great get for OSU

good choice of words - nasty streak.  Exactly what I like about this kid.  He brings the nasty.  Joey is definitely my favorite 2013 get.

Ding ding Alex...my favorite defensive player in the 2013 class.  Can do standing back flips...at 6'5 265...???  Freak athlete...have a feeling we may see him this coming year at times.  Should help out with the loss of Simon right away.  Not to mention all the other Dlinemen...it's starting to become a Defensive minded fans dream;-) Just need the LBs to step up and put it together and we'll be all good.  

*Edit: Could watch this video over and over again.  Love his mean streak...wouldn't have it any other way.  He's going to be a good one...Can't Wait!

What a freakin beast! The only bad thing he has goin for him in this video is the uniform colors..can't wait to see this kid suit up next season.. Just imagine what this kids physical appearance will look like once he starts in the strength and conditioning program at Ohio State..

I havn't been this exicted for a recruit since Robert Rose. I think its safe to say though that the collegiate results will be a tad skewed haha. Kid is indeed a beast. Whoop em Bosa style!

This guy is relentless! This guy is my favorite commit of this years class. His motor is just non stop! Never seen a guy get to the quarter back as quick as he does. He seems to be a very sure tackler as well. And don't think I have ever seen teams try to triple a guy as much as teams attempted to on his film. Can't wait to see him in scarlet and gray!

Maybe I'm speculating wildly, but it looks to me like Mr. Bosa can become even better than he already is.  Kind of like John Simon, Bosa looks like he's dominating offensive on his athletic prowess, with mediocre technique.  Nearly every play he makes looks like the offensive lineman is put on skates.  The times he does get around blockers look to be incredible athletic feats or missed blocks.  Don't get me wrong, I'm very happy that Bosa is coming to the good guys!  I just think that he has a lot of untapped potential.  Given some tutelage under our coaching staff, I feel like Bosa is going to explode even more than he already has.  Should be absolutely fantastic getting to watch him grow into a Wolverine-crushing machine!

I'm excited for him and I like the way he plays but he does need to controll himself a little more after the play.

I think guys know that you can't celebrate as much in college, but no one really cares in the NFL and in high school.

As far as the other stuff, he got fouled after the play and he didn't reciprocate. That takes control. I'm ok with guys running their mouth, he's a fiery kid.

We are really lucky to have him! It's such a good sign for OSU that non-Ohio players like Joey Bosa, Eli Apple, and Zeke Elliott, who honestly have the talent to play for ANY team in the country, chose to play for OSU. That says a lot about where the team is going.

He had four sacks in the state championship game which his school St. Thomas Aquinas won again. A stud from a winning program; can't ask for much more then that; sweeeeeet!!
