Does anyone know how to get NFL games streamed on my PC?

My local cable provider dropped fox and i am trying to watch the lions game. Does anyone know a good site that i can use to watch the games? Appreciate any help.

i use p2p4u.net

Not the best quality, but its free and it usually works. have to fight adds pretty badly too
