(Harrison on why Urban Meyer should have been B1G C.o.t.Y.)

...Urban Meyer went 12-0 in a year in which there was little to play for. Wait, Urban Meyer went 12-0, end of story, with no addendums needed. Let me say it again because somehow that doesn’t seem to ring true to everyone. Ohio State did not lose a game this year--Penn State did. ...

Triple play by the Buckeyes! Offensive Player of the Year, Defensive Player of the Year, and Coach of the Year !!!
Guess what - I'd predict a repeat next year. X-Brax-360, Ryan Damn Shazier & Urban Meyer

switch Hitchens for Mike Mauti and this is the best all conference list I've seen

Call me a homer, But I would switch Leveon Bell with Carlos Hyde on the Offense. Leveon was shut down too many times this year with Michigan State struggling to move the ball, while Carlos was often the only offense on a 12-0 football team. If not for Zach Boren he would have been my pick for team MVP. El Guapo esta un Caballo.

“Right now, Michigan is not at the pinnacle of college football, and that’s all Urban Meyer cares about...He’s been there and knows what it takes to get there.”

But at the same time Braxton being on the team helped Hyde a lot. Bell was pretty much MSU's offense.

"YOLO" = I'm about to do something extremely ignorant/stupid & I need an excuse to do it.

Not that it matters, but I was not the one who downvoted you.

I can see your point about how having Braxton helped Hyde get more yards, but in my mind Carlos was able to thrive despite this. It seemed as the season wore on team after team would stack the box in order to stop our running game & El Guapo was able to consistently grind out big gains. Braxton's struggles in the passing game hindered the offense much more than I think people realized. Carlos would rip-off huge chunks of yardage sometimes against 10 men no more than 8yds off the ball. I just felt he deserved more credit from these media/awards voters.

I definitively agree him deserving more credit than he gets. I always knew he was capable of playing this way. His 2011 games against Nebraska, and Indiana showed that. Thing is, Bell played behind a pretty mediocre OLine with young receivers, and a so-so QB.

It's fine, downvotes don't bother me.
